Anna Bee
With over 17 years of hands-on experience in healthcare, Anna Akinmolayan is the visionary and driving force behind Waterfields Healthcare Ltd — a nurse-led, CQC-registered care provider committed to delivering high-quality domiciliary and supported living services across Greenwich and beyond.
Anna’s career spans across mental health, addiction services, complex care, and community nursing. She is a Registered Psychiatric Nurse and Nurse Prescriber, with specialist expertise in addictions and concurrent disorders. Her deep understanding of clinical care and a passion for culturally responsive, person-centered support inspired the founding of Waterfields Healthcare in 2024.
Throughout her professional journey, Anna witnessed the systemic gaps in care — especially for individuals with complex needs, learning disabilities, or forensic backgrounds. These experiences motivated her to build a care organization that meets medical standards and uplifts the dignity, voice, and independence of each individual served.
