How It All Began
Compassionate Care. Independent Living. Every Step of the Way.
Waterfields Healthcare Ltd was founded in September 2022 by Anna Akinmolayan, a Registered Psychiatric Nurse with over 17 years of experience across mental health, addiction services, and complex community care. Her professional journey — and deep-rooted passion for compassionate, culturally responsive support — inspired the creation of a service that bridges the gap between clinical care and genuine human connection.
Anna saw firsthand how underserved individuals — especially those with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, or forensic backgrounds — often struggled to access care that was both competent and compassionate. She set out to change that.
From humble beginnings in Greenwich, Waterfields Healthcare has grown into a trusted, CQC-registered provider serving clients across Southeast London and neighbouring boroughs. Our team now delivers high-quality supported living and domiciliary care, led by nurses, care coordinators, and trained support staff who share Anna’s commitment to safety, dignity, and personal empowerment.
We believe care is more than a task — it’s a relationship. That’s why every service we provide is guided by empathy, cultural awareness, and a deep respect for each individual’s journey.
