Anna Akinmolayan is the founder of Waterfields Healthcare Ltd and a highly experienced Nurse Prescriber with nearly 20 years of clinical practice in the UK. Her background spans across mental health, substance misuse, and complex community care — giving her a deep understanding of the needs and challenges facing both service users and the care system.
Throughout her career, Anna has worked across NHS and independent services, supporting individuals living with mental health conditions, addictions, and dual diagnoses. Her approach to care is rooted in compassion, clinical excellence, and a firm belief in dignity and choice for every client.
Through Waterfields Healthcare Ltd, Anna brings her extensive expertise into developing safe, person-centred, and culturally responsive domiciliary and supported living services across London and England.
